This will be pretty helpful, since the guys I draw tend to have a bit of muscle. The bottom right one will be so incredibly helpful; I can't ever figure out how muscles look when the body is curved like that.
Hi! Just looked up paleo. I guess some of what they list as do's and dont's are fairly standard health concepts. I'm not following it as a regimen or anything like that. As to the training, thanks for asking. I will link an outline to my journal in the next few days which will give a more comprehensive overview. I should say, though, there is no magic bullet and every body type responds dramatically differently to different stressors you throw at it with exercise. If you scroll down this post, I wrote up a couple of paragraphs on diet/exercise in response to the never ending anorexia accusations. I will let you know as soon as I link the info doc. Thanks for your questions!!
One thing I know for sure Theres no Magic Bullets! But im interested in the type of movement I am a believer in Burst training and interval sprinting
The acusations..I know Ive been acused of anorexia in the past, when people see how energetic you really are, and the ammount of fat you eat they just stop. Its Natural when your Stress is low and your genetic expression is at its best for the body to have less fat and that kind of definition, Ive had good definition and nice muscle too, but I guess stresssors as you say have eaten me lately, Like my sleep, My bro is sleeping in my room now and since then Its been really hard to sleep since my whole family sleeps late. I blame myself too, cause I hear them and I want to do things too.. but I keep myself in bed trying to sleep. I try not to expose myself to lights or screens after dusk I find that eating less makes me train harder, only after a heavy workout I eat plenty. not TOO much keeping it on par. yet Still not much definition again.. I think its got to do with resting. Or I just Hit a plateau
Ill read up the paragraphs! and Read your outline Ill be on the look! My name is Sergio by the way!
You know, some people actually find these references useful for practicing anatomy, like me for example - I suck at male anatomy and want to improve, and you need to see defined chest muscles to know which muscle goes where.
Why do people think he looks anorexic? I've seen plenty of other skinnier guys and they weren't anorexic. Thanks for this reference btw! I always have trouble drawing male figures, especially the arm muscle. This really helps!
However, I am frankly shocked at the anorexic comments. how on earth these people can confuse obliques with ribs sticking out is beyond me. as a guy getting into fitness, I must say, dudes taken pretty damn good care of his body. oh and seems like certain people here have never heard of, or seen, the common body building poses -_-
